Here's How to Use Quantum Science to Guarantee Dating Success

What is the Law of Attraction?

Have you ever heard of the expression, "like attracts like"? Have you heard of the concept of "ask, and it is given"? Or something called "The Secret"? All of these things refer to how the way you think and live your life can affect what happens to you, otherwise known as The Law of Attraction. So if you think that you're going to have a good day, you're more likely to have a good day… while if you go into your morning with a bad mood, the rest of your day is likely to be terrible.

This idea that you get back what you put out into the world is the basis for The Law of Attraction. While it is not fully understood how this law of the physical world operates, The Law of Attraction is the ability to attract something one focuses on into one's life. The Law has been used by many to achieve their success; for example, Conor McGregor credits the law of Attraction for his success.

We are human magnets. We put out energy, and in return, we attract what we think about. "Like attracts like".

This practice is thought to have originated from Buddha. He taught people that "what you have become is what you have thought."

When this concept spread, it became known as 'Karma.' "What goes around, comes around" is the phrase most people associate with this concept.

These concepts of 'karma' and 'like attracts like' are also mirrored in the Bible. Proverbs 23:7, "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he," meaning that your thoughts can affect who you are and what happens to you.

Regardless of your religious belief, or lack thereof, this concept repeats itself across religious doctrines and scientific texts.

In recent years, quantum physicists were able to gain some insight into the scientific reasoning for the Law of Attraction. I am no scientist, but there is even scientific proof that the anatomy of the human brain supports the driving concepts of the Law of Attraction. I'm no science writer either; however, The Huffington Post does a great job of summing the supporting evidence up in an article entitled "Is there scientific evidence for the 'Law of Attraction'?" To oversimplify: if you think positively and envision what you want, those things will come your way.

How can the Law of Attraction help my love life?

The Law of Attraction is often talked about regarding career or health and wellness. Health and career are often things that people are dissatisfied with. However, most people can agree that their love life could use a little help.

You can not only improve your career through using the Law , you can get yourself a loving relationship too!

If you're single and looking for a partner of sorts, if you're looking to have more dates more often, or if you're looking to improve an already existing relationship, you can use the Law of Attraction achieve these things. If you're wondering why you're still single, odds are it's because you've mentally accepted it and don't actively think about changing your relationship status.

Regardless of what you want in your romantic or sexual life, you can use the meditation and visualization techniques associated with the Law to meet these goals.

One of the main concepts of the Law of Attraction - other than "like attracts like" - is that "all thoughts become things." So if you meditate on the kind of relationship you want or the kind of person you want to attract, you're likely to be presented with opportunities to get to know a special someone!

How do I actually use the Law of Attraction?

Meditation is a major key. When it comes to putting your thoughts to work for you, you're going to need to do a lot of focused thinking. If you aren't used to meditating, you can find guided tracks on YouTube and iTunes.

The deeper you can get into a meditative state, the better! You can also find guided hypnosis tracks to learn to get into a deeper, almost trance-like state.

To summarize: meditation, focused thinking, and journaling will help you create a clear idea of what you want and put out a strong, clear intention into the universe. From there, let quantum physics and the natural rhythm of the universe bring you what you what you've asked for.

  1. Decide what you want and be sure of it

What are you looking for right now? Are you looking to become a more active participant in serial dating and hook up culture? Or do you want something more serious?

Deciding exactly what you want out of a romantic or sexual relationship is extremely important. You need to make sure you're putting out clear signals into the universe so that you attract exactly what you want.

If you're having a difficult time deciding what sort of relationship or arrangement you want, do some serious reflecting on yourself. Are you in a place in your life where you want to settle down? Or do you want to more young, wild, and free? Are you freshly single and want to get back out there sexually? Or do you think it's time to start dating someone seriously?

Come up with a few sentences that clearly state what kind of relationship you would like to see yourself in the near future. Write these sentences down in a journal. Let these become your mantra during meditation.

  2. Envision who you want to be in your love life

What you want and who you want are two entirely different things. Now that you've decided what you want, you need to decide what kind of person(s) you want that with.

Make a list of the qualities you'd like to see in a partner. Make sure these qualities include both physical and personality traits. You're essentially going to need to think up your dream person, Practical Magic style. Try your hardest to picture them mentally. Make sure your mental image is specific; think of everything from ethnic background, to humor, right down to their eye color.

While these superficial traits may seem trivial, the more specific your image, the stronger your intention will be. If you are an artist, draw this person out. If you're having a difficult time envisioning them, describe them verbally or find a photo of a celebrity that could be a stand-in as your ideal man or woman.

  3. Journal about your goals

Since life has become increasingly busy for the average person and our minds are busier than ever, journaling can be a handy tool when using The Law of Attraction.

Journaling about your thoughts can really help keep yourself organized and your intentions clear. Writing things down is proven to help commit things to memory and makes things easier to remember. If you ever forget exactly what a specific mantra was, you can always look back in your journal to find it.

As your goals shift and change, it will also be helpful to keep a journal so you can keep track of these changes. It will not only help you stay organized and use put The Law of Attraction to use, but it will be interesting to look back over years of journaling to see how your life has changed since starting to use this method of thinking.

You can even show your partner how long before you met you were asking the universe for them! How romantic, am I right!?

  4. Meditate a little every day

Meditation is vital when it comes to putting The Law of Attraction to use for you. This is one of the main ways that you will put forth your intention into the universe.

Yes, The Law of Attraction works for everyone - even if they're not doing it actively. However, sitting down and focusing on your goals will allow you to consciously and powerfully put your thoughts into the world.

Try to sit down once a day for at least 10-15 minutes. Close your eye and focus in on your goals. Mentally picture how you want your life to be - more specifically your love life.

Focus in on the things you'd like to do with your romantic partner. Think about how your life would change if you were together. Think about what your average day with this person would be like. If you want something more casual, think about what your ideal sex life would be like. Think about how you'd meet these people. Meditate on what kinds of things you'd do with them - both in public and in private.

If you're more of a verbal person, repeat your intention verbally in your mind. Repeat your goals and descriptions of what you want in your head (or out loud, whichever works for better for you!).

  5. Ask the Universe

Making sure that you verbally ask for what you want (in your head or aloud) is extremely important to this process.

Asking for these things to be given to you will lend more power to your intention, which means it will be more likely the universe will respond.

Do not forget to ask. Because you only need to ask and it will be given to you.

  6. Live like you've achieved your romantic/sexual goal

While mediation is the cornerstone of using The Law of Attraction, living like you've achieved your goals is a close second.

If you go about your day acting as if you've finally achieved your romantic and sexual goals, you're more likely to actually achieve them. Walking around as if you're in the afterglow of some great sex or an amazing date with your partner, will not only make your day to day life better but you'll continue to put out the right vibes into the universe.

Living like you're in a relationship will actually help you feel ready for a relationship, so that when the universe presents the opportunity, you'll be prepared to seize it. Every thought becomes a thing, so don't let your day to day thoughts be any different from your thoughts during meditation. Make sure you are always putting out positive and productive energy into the universe!

  7. Trust the Universe and the process

For the universe to pay you back tenfold for your positive energy, you need to stifle any doubts.

Doubting that what you're doing and thinking you're wasting your time because you don't receive instant gratification is negative. This process takes time; you can't just expect for the man or woman of your dreams to suddenly appear because you meditated for two days. Continuing to put out positive and productive energy over the course of time will allow for you to achieve your goals; getting impatient will get you nowhere.

If you meditate regularly, live like you're a winner, and stay confident in the Law of Attraction you can be confident that your romantic and sexual goals will be met.
