Whether it be as a result of her pointed tweets at Trump or habit of falling asleep at award shows, Chrissy Teigen is just so #relatable which naturally means she;s become one of the internet's favorite celebrities. As she became more of a favorite, her and her husband John have become one of the web's champion couples.
Chrissy and John are goals for a few reasons, one of which being how real they are. They have a fun relationship where they can openly poke fun at one another online, but at the same time, they are capable of being really sweet and understanding with one another. A perfect example of this was seen on Chrissy's Snapchat story after she got drunk and couldn't get her jewelry off, so John sat on the floor with her and took her necklaces off while she drunkenly documented the whole thing.
These two are masters at the internet. Chrissy is the first to not only give the president a piece of her mind via twitter but to debunk divorce rumors by literally telling inTouch to go fuck themselves over spreading lies regarding their relationship. You have to give her serious props for that.
It's hard not to smile at their social media posts especially when Chrissy compares John to looking like a baby or when they're sweet on one another on some tropical vaycay.
Talk about power couple, am I right?
Not only is George one of the most celebrated actors of all time, but Amal is one of the most renowned human rights lawyers with clients such as Julian Assange and former Ukranian Priminister, Yulia Tymoshenko.
These two powerhouses in their respective fields met late in life and were quick to become one of the most accomplished couples on the planet.
George even said that he had completely given up on the prospect of fatherhood until he met Amal; with her, he knew he'd want to start a family. Does it get any more romantic?
Not only have they started a family together but they didn't name their kids after fruits or vegetables of any sort! We couldn't be more thankful that they named their twins Alexander and Ella.
This couple is wildly hilarious. While Emily Blunt has done a lot of serious acting, she certainly has some comedic chops. And everyone knows that good ol' Jim Halpert from the U.S. adaption of The Office. I couldn't even imagine how funny their home life must be like. With the two of them, plus their young children things are bound to get goofy.
This couple proved that they are more than capable of pulling a few practical jokes as well when they waged a prank war against their neighbors, Jimmy Kimmel. One of their finer moments was when they put a Reindeer in Kimmel's office.
But when it comes down to it, these two are partners through and through. They've said some of the most incredibly sweet things about one another on talk shows, but I think my favorite quote from Emily is when she described her marriage as an "Effing blast."
Talk about funny… there couldn't be anything more fun than being married to one of the most notable and most cherished comedians in Hollywood right now. De Rossi kills it as well in her Scandle role. These two, similarly to Blunt and Krasinski, seem always to be having fun.
One of my favorite things Ellen has shared about her relationship was when she live-tweeted while she was trying to scare her wife. Anyone who watches The Ellen Show knows that she loves scaring people, so around a week after Halloween she decided it had been too long since she scared her wife. She had her housekeeper get her into a cupboard, and she waited patiently for the opportunity to scare Portia. However, she eventually got sick of waiting and had to text Portia to get her down from the cupboard. It turned out the reason she never found Ellen was because she was waiting in the closet to scare her.
The two of them are masters at ignoring divorce rumors and proving the tabloids wrong anytime they step out together for a date night.
When talking about relationship goals, you can't forget to mention a literal fairytale couple.
What could be better than actually meeting a real-life prince charming and becoming an actual princess only after you get married in one of the most beautiful - and widely broadcasted - weddings in history.
Both Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a lot on their shoulders. They have to uphold the expectations of the crown and live very much in the public eye. However, when you see the two of them looking at one another, it's clear that the two of them have a lot of love for one another.
While Kate's ancestors are said to have played host to British royalty, her family is not of royal blood. Even though she grew up in an upper-middle-class family, you could still say that this girl went from pauper to princess quite literally.
If you have laid eyes on this couple's Halloween costumes, you are probably already aware of how perfect NPH and David Burtka's relationship - and family - is.
These two both proposed to the other on separate occasions and were married in 2014 after being together for a whopping ten years (plus they got married in custom Tom Ford suits, so that's a plus). They've since adopted fraternal twins, Gideon and Harper, and have seriously stepped up their Halloween game since.
What I love about this couple is how committed they are to one another; they aren't in an open relationship which is pretty standard with gay couples and the fact that they both proposed to the other shows that they very much equal in their relationship.
However, my favorite fun fact about these two is that they are the same size, so they share a wardrobe. How cute is that? It gives a whole new meaning to boyfriend jeans.
While neither of these two is listed on the Top 10 followed on Instagram or actually gain that much media attention compared to the likes of any given Disney star, Katie Mara and Jamie Bell are not to be overlooked.
These two fly very low under the radar for two people who lengthy film credits. They knew each other for a while before they co-starred together in The Fantastic Four. While that movie tanked, their romance took off as they say they fell in love on the press tour for the film.
They seem to be very much on the same page both with the way they dress (as you can see in the above shot from Insta, #Twinning) and with how they think about relationships. In an interview, Jamie talked about how their family life affected how they think about relationships as adults.
“As kids from divorced parents we understood the importance of maintaining a good relationship very quickly,” Bell said. “I think that is also a generational thing: we learned from our elders that it’s better if you have to share a space with someone to be able to look them in the eye. If you succeed, the kid succeeds.”
Internet stars are now getting just as much, if not more, attention than people made famous by traditional media. Because of this, I'd be amiss if I didn't talk about one of YouTube's cutest couples.
YouTube did not, however, bring this couple together. They went to the same school and ended up meeting at a house party. The both of them ended up getting involved in YouTube much later. The two of them soared to the top and found themselves regularly trending on the site. Tanya is one of the most watched beauty (she even launched her own cosmetics line!) and lifestyle vloggers while Jim featured on a popular webshow called Viral Tap.
While Jim isn't also in on the beauty vlogger hype, he sure is trendy. The couple easily one of the most fashionable duo online.
They share a lot of their lives online, more than your average mainstream media star, which leaves little privacy for the two of them. But because of this, it is abundantly clear, from how often and how they talk about one another, that they are seriously couple goals (and it totally helps that they're trendy AF).
How can you have a list of celeb couples without mentioning the king and queen of everything? You're doing something wrong if you're not trying to be as close to Beyonce and JayZ in every possible way.
While we are mear peasants in comparison to Carter royalty, we can certainly dream about one day being as in love - and as on top of their shit - as this power couple. These two work on music together traveled the world together on their On The Run tour, and manage to be bosses in their professional lives while thriving together. Ass a #Boss you need someone who's the shit, because - to paraphrase - that means they're yours.
Bey and Jay are the undisputed ultimate celeb couple when it comes to success and love. It's obvious in their music and their social media presence. They aren't afraid to be brutally honest with their music; if they're willing to share their struggles with their perfectly imperfect relationship with the world, that must mean they've resolved the issues they discuss on their respective albums.
You know you have achieved ultimate couple goals when you feel like you are the Bey and Jay of every single party you walk into. I couldn't even begin to imagine how walking into a party and actually being Beyonce and JayZ must feel like.
